Responsibilities

  • taking part in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • coordinating and ensuring that sales team achieves company sales targets
  • building partnership with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • coordinating the sales process with tech teams
  • communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • negotiating contracts and packages
  • identifying and attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of total sales experience within the IT sector – preferably projects and teams
  • proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • proven track of successfully sold projects (at least 200k EUR budgets)
  • desirable – experience in the Energy & Utilities market
