With over 45% of the company’s revenue coming from the U.S. clients, Codibly decided to expand its structures and start the collaboration with Jay Schwerman, an expert in business development, who takes up the function of Managing Director of Codibly Americas.
Codibly, a European technology and consulting company headquartered in Poland, delivers innovative technology solutions for the energy and utilities sector, enhancing digital sustainability processes and business transformation. Apart from the American, Codibly operates in the UK, German, and Nordics markets. Although the European demand for custom technology solutions may seem ‘closer’ for the Eastern European company, the US market, in fact, covers almost half of Codibly’s income. This strategic asset required a separate approach, and, as a result, Jay Schwerman joined Codibly to represent the company in the U.S. market.
“We are delighted Jay has accepted this role. With Jay on board, I’m convinced that we’re heading for further growth and development on the U.S. market. Jay’s experience and excellent skills will add value to our clients.” comments Bartosz Majewski, CEO at Codibly.
The new Managing Director of Codibly has over 15 years of business development experience and a proven track record in business management, growth, and partnership development. Jay was previously associated with software solutions and software consulting organizations; Quinyx, Axium Group, Workforce Insight, and WFC Group where he focused on international growth through business development and strategic partnerships.
“I am very excited to join a truly global organization such as Codibly that provides innovative solutions to organizations dedicated to lean practices in the energy sector and beyond. Having watched Codibly generate 45% of their revenue in the United States with exponential year-over-year growth, I wanted to be part of the talented Codibly team with a vision and commitment to creating impactful solutions to the essential and growing energy sector and beyond” – says Jay Schwerman.
