What’s it like to work at Codibly?

We aim to create a relaxed and friendly working environment with lots of opportunities to socialise with the team. We offer a modern, relaxing office environment. Our team works hard, but we also play hard too.

The people that work with us have a lot of different personalities and interests. Many of our team are into fitness and outdoor exercise, and we also have a lot of music fans. The one thing that unites us all is a passion for the technology we use, and the intellectual curiosity to see projects to completion.

What’s the interview process like?

Things move quickly at Codibly, so if we like your CV we’ll speed you through the application process. Typically we hire within a week of your application. After we receive your CV yYou may’ll be invited for a semi-formal interview where we chat about where your career’s going and find out about your skills and experience. Our tech team will ask you some technical questions and we’ll investigate your problem solving abilities. If that goes well, we may invite you to meet our CEO.

We offer a separate application process for freelancers who want to work remotely.

How will my career develop?

We’ll work with you to plan a career development path that suits your skills and ambitions. Codibly is growing quickly, so your career can develop along with our company ambitions. You’ll get the chance to work with an international client base in the US, UK and other parts of the world.

Do you have any not material benefits?

Do you have an internship programme?

Do you hire people that aren’t developers?

Although most of our team are technical software developers, we occasionally have other roles available. Keep checking our website’s jobs page for non-technical roles.

What skills will I need?

A range of technical skills are required depending on the position you’re applying for. We particularly value your sense of involvement in projects, your sense of ownership over your work, your commitment to personal development, and your ability to work in a team.

All recruits need to have fluent spoken and written English. You’ll also need good communication skills, intellectual curiosity and awareness of the latest technologies.

Experience working in Agile or SCRUM is also helpful.

Can I work remotely?

After your first month at Codibly , you’re free to work flexible hours. You also have the option to work remotely 2 or 3 days per month and up of cooperation you can work remotely – usually it is 2-3 days per months, but it is also flexible – up to 30 days per year, subject to agreement with your manager.

What salary can I expect?

We offer a highly competitive salary for the Kraków area. We have a transparent salary system at each level of seniority. For specific salary details, check out our current open positions.

What are Codibly’s working hours?

We work a 40 hour week with flexible hours. You can start work anytime between 7 and 9.30.

What type of contract I will sign with you?

You have two possible modes of employment at Codibly: B2B or an employment contract. In both cases we pay up to 26 days holiday time, depending on your seniority.

We also work with freelancers on a remote basis.

If you’re unsuccessful at any stage, we’ll give you feedback to explain why you haven’t progressed.If your skills and experience match our needs, we’ll invite you for a semi-formal interview.
