The final step is to meet our Team Lead or Hiring Manager. We will discuss your project experience and problem-solving skills in a technical discussion. Experience is useful but your attitude/personality also matters in this stage.
In case we choose another candidate at any stage, we will give you feedback, explaining why you haven’t made progress. If your skills and experience match our needs, we will make an offer to start collaboration with you.

A range of technical skills are required depending on the position you’re applying for. We particularly value your sense of involvement in projects, ownership over your work, commitment to personal development, and ability to work in a team.
All recruits need to have fluent spoken and written English. You’ll also need good communication skills, intellectual curiosity and awareness of the latest technologies. Experience working in Agile or SCRUM is also helpful.

After your first month at Codibly , you’re free to work flexible hours. You also have the option to work remotely 2 or 3 days per week and up of cooperation you can work remotely, yet it has to be settled with your manager.
We work a 40 hour week with flexible hours. You can start work anytime between 7 and 10.00.
